Privacy policy
Matchly stores what you need to produce a job application: the account name and email from your sign-in provider, the job posting you paste, the resume text you paste, and the kit we generate from them.
Generation is sent to xAI so the model can rewrite your existing history for that posting. Do not paste anything you are not willing to send to that processor. We do not sell resumes or job applications.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer id, subscription id, status, and period end so Pro access matches an active subscription. We do not store your card number.
We record first-party funnel events: homepage visit, signup, kit generated, free limit reached, checkout started, subscription successful, and subscription cancelled. These are used to see whether the product works. They are not sold and are not a third-party ad tracker.
You can delete one kit inside the app. Deleting the account removes your kits, stored resume text, job postings, billing link, funnel events tied to you, and the login. If a Stripe subscription is still active, we cancel it before the account is removed. Open Account while signed in to do that.
